This tofu adaptation of the this delicious East African dish has the tofu simmered in a coconut sauce with spices that reminds one of the African-Indian cultural heritage of countries such as Kenya and Tanzania: turmeric, coriander and cumin. We are now offering this dish with your choice of: pasta [contains gluten], attiéké [NG] (fermented cassava couscous), brown long grain rice [NG], or white basmati rice [NG].
Ingredients: Tofu, organic: tomato, onion, garlic, lemon, ginger, coconut milk, potatoes, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper; and salt.
