Maïmouna's Cuisine Catering

Interested in a catered event for a home dinner party of 8-50, or event lunch or dinner/dinner party of 20-120 guests? Pick-up or delivery available. 

We drop off hot buffet food in hotel pans. We provide labels for each dish that contain the

• name,
• ingredients list (for those that are careful due to allergies),
• note any of the main allergen categories (eg. peanuts, shrimp, etc.),
• and whether the dish is OG=Organic, VG=Vegetarian, V=Vegan, NG=no gluten ingredients, NL=no lactose ingredients.

We don't use fillers in our dishes so most of them have no gluten ingredients. We have a lot of vegan/vegetarian dishes and can make the same dish either with vegetables (vegan/vegetables) or with meat (usually chicken)
