Welcome to Maïmouna's Cuisine Website and Friday Menu!

The "FRIDAY MENU" will post a new menu twice in September, save the dates: Sun 9/6, 9am to Thur 9/10 at noon with pickup on Fri 9/11, AND  Sun 9/20, 9am to Thur 9/24 at noon with pickup on Fri 9/25, 4:45-7:45pm, at First Baptist Church Ithaca, behind the Tompkins County Courthouse. We encourage you to order early those weeks.

Our dishes are not spicy, unless marked as such. To add heat to any of our dishes or soups you can order our Maimouna's Cuisine's Hot Pepper Sauce. 

      Items picked up are cold and ready to be reheated in a microwave, oven, or on the stovetop. If ordering rice, sprinkle it with a bit of water before microwaving.

     When you arrive Friday to pick-up your order, please text (or call): 607-379-4472, give us your last name and license plate number, and we'll bring your order to you. There is a doorbell to the right of the church's south door, if for some reason we don't respond quickly to your text.  If arriving by bike or foot, text or call us, or use the doorbell.

    FOOD PRODUCT LEGEND:  OG - Organic; VG - Vegetarian; V - Vegan;  NG - No Gluten Ingredients*; NL* - No Lactose ingredients*

*NG = no added Gluten & NL = Lactose ingredients; they are prepared in a kitchen where gluten and lactose products are used and prepared.

Serving Sizes: SM =1 Person; MED = 2 people; LG = 4  People
