This delicious East African chicken curry combines simple ingredients: onion, lemon, tomato, garlic and ginger. The chicken is cooked in a coconut sauce with spices that remind of the Indian cultural heritage of countries such as Kenya and Tanzania: turmeric, coriander and cumin. We are now offering this dish with your choice of: pasta [contains gluten], attiéké [NG], brown long grain rice [NG], or white basmati rice [NG].
